Warehouse Inventory Coordinator
Keysborough, Victoria

Stanley Black & Decker have an exciting opportunity to join the fast paced Keysborough Distribution Centre team as an Inventory Coordinator. This position provides operational support through inventory management controls, increasing accuracy and improving efficiencies whilst maintaining data integrity.

About the role…

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Analysis and optimisation of Inventory Slotting portfolio for SBD Distribution Centre.
  • Execution of Inventory Management, stock-takes, cycle counts, lost and damaged stock policies.
  • Investigation and execution of SAP and ERP systems inventory desynchronization.
  • Analysis of stock picking and replenishment activities within SBD Distribution Centre.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective action in line with company quality standards.
  • Provide dimensioning, slotting and replenishment of new items in the warehouse.
  • Perform stock consolidation analysis.
  • Develop and execute inventory control procedures to ensure best practice is achieved, including documentation and SOPs.
  • Work alongside financial team to review and negotiate losses relating to inventory adjustments.

About you…

You will have:

  • Extensive skills in SAP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong literacy, mathematical and analytical skills
  • Problem solving abilities, flexible and adapt to new ways of working.
